Cancellation Policy
Booking Cancellations We understand that plans can change. To allow us to manage our schedule effectively, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
More Than 72 Hours Notice Bookings cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not incur any cancellation charge.
Between 48 and 72 Hours Notice Bookings cancelled between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 25% of the quoted service value.
Between 24 and 48 Hours Notice Bookings cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the quoted service value.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 75% of the quoted service value. Same Day Cancellations / No Access Bookings cancelled on the day of the appointment, or where our team arrives and is unable to gain access to the property, may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the quoted service value.
Access to Property Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access is available at the agreed appointment time. If access cannot be gained and the appointment cannot proceed, Spongey Squad reserves the right to apply a missed appointment charge.
Deposits Where a deposit has been paid, deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation falls within the chargeable cancellation periods outlined above.
Rescheduling Where possible, Spongey Squad will work with customers to rearrange appointments. Cancellation charges may be waived at our discretion where sufficient notice is provided, and an alternative appointment is agreed.
Exceptional Circumstances We understand emergencies can occur. Spongey Squad reserves the right to waive cancellation charges in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
